The Rambler Motel is slated to open December 2018. Inspired by the romanticism and nostalgia of the American road trip, The Rambler Motel, has been radically redesigned to meet the needs of the modern traveler. Retro vibes, quirky amenities and genuinely friendly service bring new life to this 114 room property located in Chula Vista, CA, conveniently located to downtown San Diego and the San Ysidro International border crossing.
A 1970’s inspired face lift includes large scale graphic installations in the guest rooms, two outdoor murals from San Diego muralists Grand Presto, an old school arcade and a kidney shaped pool deck complete with fire pits, giant lawn games and chaise lounges. Rooms also have 49 inch flat screen TVS, smartphone docking stations and memory foam beds. The Rambler Motel is a new addition to San Diego based hospitality management firm, Eat.Drink.Sleep.’s portfolio of design driven hotels.
